It is truly sad to see hypocrites posting and promoting all over the land. These ones post their mail order Nationality packages on every web board that they can find seeking whom they may devour. The most unfortunate part is that they always seem to devour someone. If you've never been a member of a Moorish Community then the question becomes who do you turn to? Who’s telling the truth? Well the first thing in qualifying a person should be experience. How long should a person have studied before they can be considered scholarly? Next consider what it is that they are offering to you. Does it measure up to what the Holy Prophet taught and brought for our Earthly and Divine salvation? In other words is it Koranically and Islamically correct? Next thing we should be asking if we want to make sure that what we are getting is the truth is how does your leadership trace itself back through the ages of time to our Holy Prophet Drew Ali? Find out if they are an offshoot, or in the case of Yumnah an offshoot of an offshoot. This will not only qualify the leadership, but also the leadership’s leaders, and if they are at all connected with what the Holy Prophet did bring to and for us.

Now what we found to be most vital in this day and age was an accounting for all of the various Moorish Grand Bodies which can to our knowledge only be found in one place: The Controversial Years of the MSTA authored by Chief Minister Dr. Ra Saadi El-Sheik. If you don't have this record then you simply don't want to know. This book not only details the various Grand Bodies, but it tells you where those who formed their own portions came from and how they got there. This book is a book of records and actual documents written by the Prophet, Saint E. Mealy El, C. Kirkman Bey, R. German Bey, The Dingle Els, John Givens El, Etc, and there are even sections on Hon. Elijah Muhammad, CM Bey, and Dr. York.The Chief Minister is the foremost historian on Prophet Drew Ali and the Moorish Science Temple of America, yet you will find that this work very rarely if at all expresses the opinion of the Chief Minister as opposed to the actual facts put on paper by these various leaders of their respective bodies.

One example is this. There was a Brother from the Clock proclaiming that it was the Clock that put the Moors on the map in NYC, yet we know from the Controversial Years that there was a Grand Sheik in the early Thirties and forties named Fredrick Turner El who held a membership of over 20,000 Moors from NY to Connecticut and owned huge Moorish properties and was a welcomed guest of the Ruler of Egypt when he visited the United States of North America, but where in your history books would you find these records as this brother sat with Government officials from his era of time and was hailed as a Grand example of the Moorish Movement in the west. This is one of many facts revealed and let loose in this great book which we call our Moorish Encyclopedia. This is one of the many works that we've used to shut down those who would greatly mislead our people.

Now this one Yumnah El is but a Prophet of Profit as our Holy Prophet taught that Nationality is free all over the world and yet she holds up Abraham Lincoln as being a Prophet to our people along with Prophet Drew Ali and even more so as when you look at their paperwork al you see is Abraham Lincoln and the 13th amendment with it's 20 sections as being held up as our saving grace. Now when we read Abraham Lincolns papers he specifically states that he would preserve the institution of slavery if he could preserve the union at the same time, and he referred to our people as unintelligent and inferior to that of the European, and yet we are to believe that this man is our saving grace??? Come on now who's zooming who here. Now what is it that we know about these ones known as the Moorish National Republic? Well we know that they hold Abraham Lincoln as being a Prophet. We also know that they've changed the Prophet's nationality card on numerous occasions by adding such names as Jonah and Moses, and changing the name of the Movement to the Moorish National Republic. This isn't the Prophet's nationality and identification card period. Also they've attempted to change the wording of the Divine Constitution and Bylaws from Part and Partial to Part and Parcel thus changing the meaning to suit their own needs.

Fortunately in the Controversial Years can be found an original copy of the Divine Constitution and Laws from 1925 when the Movement was known as the Moorish Holy Temple of Science, and you can see plainly that it states Part and Partial. Just to be clear the reason that the document was called Divine Constitution and Laws is because at the time the Movement wasn't yet incorporated so no Bylaws were necessary. The so-called Moorish National Republic is an offshoot of Dingle El brothers. Primarily it is an offshoot of Richardson Dingle El who is the one that claimed to be a reincarnation of John Givens El who claimed to be a reincarnation of Prophet Drew Ali. So he is the so-called third carnation of Prophet Drew Ali. I know it sounds crazy, but grown men and women actually believe this madness. They originally came from the Grand Body of 957 east 75th Street and you'll find in the records of their Adept meetings in the Controversial Years that no Sheik was in agreement with their innovations for the MSTA. They couldn't even agree with each other so they Timothy Dingle El and Richardson Dingle El setup their own respective Temples. one as the Reincarnated Prophet (Richardson) and the other as the Resurrected Prophet(Timothy), and they took on the Temple #'s 13-A and 13-B from the original Temple #13 founded by Saint G. Cook Bey-G.G. who was sent to Baltimore by the Prophet. What you have with the Moorish National Republic is an offshoot of an offshoot of an offshoot. Hell this stuff is stranger then faction. Now to fast forward to today you have not only have Bratton Bey but also Clarence Prather- El who is the Federation Grand Sheik of his stranger then fiction group of bandits which have Temples in Albany NY, Baltimore and Virginia.


These are the same ones who believe that we should register with the Vital statistics and join the military under our Moorish names per a meeting with a General Hershey. Yet we know that no general makes law. He is a soldier and he follows the orders of the lawmakers. These ones are under the leadership today of Joel Bratton Bey of Baltimore who anointed Yumnah a Sheikess upon receipt of her Nationality card. She is but a peddler who sells nationality, Rheiki classes, phone services, and whatever else will make her pockets fat at the time from Hollywood, Florida. We've been reading her teachings since she first incarnated and she is as far removed from the Prophet as Earth is from Pluto. Now whoever wants to follow this woman is welcome to do so, but know this. No where in the world is Nationality conveyed via mail order. She is not with the Holy Prophet's Grand Body nor was her leadership. Another unsavory evil one Mr. Elihu Pleasant Bey is a dirty un-Moorish character for he was the ringleader behind the Lorton Correctional Complex drug and prostitution ring to which he brought into a Moorish Science Temple holy day services held for the inmates; he too is a swindler with his outlandish teachings that are so far from what Prophet Drew Ali actually taught; his ungodly character is in rear form all over the Internet peddling his authored collections of nonfactual, untruths, and outright lies publications; he has it were you can even download a Nationality card off the Internet; how ridiculous. The Chief Minister had made several request and attempts to challenge this fool but to no prevail Pleasant Bey still continues to hide from being fully exposed by the Chief Minister.

Why Nationality Is so Important?

 The Proclamation of ones Nationality is prima facia evidence of once belonging to a Nation yet this is where many make their mistake. In order for the re-claimation to be legally binding on the Nations of the earth it must be recognized via a Juristic person or State /Nation. In order to be recognized, as a Juristic person there must exist a body politic or corporate entity this in turn resumes that particular identity. The Holy Prophet Drew Ali stated that there is but one Moorish Science Temple of America and it is mine. In order to be considered a state/nation there are certain qualifications that must be met. You must have a land mass, vine (National Identity) and Fig Tree (Flag). You must be recognized as a member of that family in good standing via certain qualifications.

You must proclaim your nationality via the Corporate Entity/Body Politic/Jural Society/Nation/State which has vested in it the power and authority to qualify and confer said individuals their national identity. The first and most simplistic qualification is proof that you are a part of that said family or per the declaration of human rights; every person has the right to change their nationality. The catch is that you must be accepted by the family/nation that you choose to identify yourself with otherwise you are simply an impersonator and imposter. Those ones are easily recognizable and easily exposed.

Nationality determines what part of Mother Earth you come from and can claim as your own. It also determines your allegiance with respect to whom you claim as your sovereign (key 34). Through nationality, you can receive your birthrights unmolested, and it guarantees you certain unalienable rights. Without a nationality, you are not considered a member of even the human family as to be a member of the human family you must belong to a nation. chp 47 teaches us that according to all true and divine records there is no negro black or colored nation because all nations belong to the human family etc. We are taught that all nations have suffered slavery because they honored not the creeds and principles of their forefathers.

This is why the nationality of the Moorish Americans was taken away from them in 1774 (via a Congressional Act) and the words Negro, black and colored were given to them as names of scorn. Because they honored not the creed and principles of their forefathers and strayed after the Gods of Europe of whom they knew nothing. Our people are still chasing these Gods today via various fraternal organizations, church affiliations, and Christian entities. Yet today they attempt to paint them with the paintbrush of Moorish this, that, and the other. If the organization isn't in line with the intentions and rules and regulations of the original founder then it is void on its face or rather de facto (color of law).

The Moorish Science Temple of America is a perpetual entity founded in law (dejure) and protected by law to allow you to pursue your birthrights and citizenship unmolested. If one who is of Asiatic (so-called Negro, black, colored, Ethiopian, afro-African American) birth chooses to proclaim his nationality as a Moorish American and be recognized legally as an American citizen (not the federal states/union society/U.S.)Recognized by the Nations of the Americas or the Organization of American states then you must do so via the only entity recognized by the OAU and that is the Moorish Science Temple of America. This is a brief explanation of recognizing and acquiring ones Nationality.
