These are the ones who our Holy Prophet Drew Ali stated five times within the DCBLs; were rightful and faithful Moorish American Moslems (Members of the Moorish Science Temple of America). He also re-stated this in the additional laws of the M.S.T of A. and official M.S.T. of A. literature. He clearly states throughout all his literature that you have to join the M.S.T. of A. in order to become a part and partial of this Divine National Movement which is the sole foundation of salvation for our people. In other words, he made it very crystal clear that joining the M.S.T. of A. was the sole solution for the Negro problem in these states of North America. He stated this in the simplest and plainest of language so that even the deaf, dumb, and blind among us could hear, understand, see, and take heed.

The only way to be born a Moorish American Moslem is your Father or Grandfather would have had to been a member of this Divine Movement, period! Now there are those who will of course attempt to debate this; but tell us who was calling themselves El’s, Bey’s, and Ali on our side of the family? Tells us and show us your birth papers. Even those names mentioned in the case against the state of South Carolina (Sundry Moors) didn’t have El, Bey, or Ali behind their names; and if you read their case you will quickly notice that they are not just called Moors; but subjects of a foreign prince; thus they were held to be Moroccan more so than American born Moors and their children were not considered American either; as the 14th amendment hadn’t been made yet a law. We surely agree and accept the fact that there were Moors here way before the birth of our Holy Prophet Drew Ali; but there was no one such as yourself or others like you (in a negro, black, and colored state); running around calling themselves Moors as we now do. So we are stating that Moors are made or had to be re-made; as Satan the beast did strip us of our Nationality in 1774 and began making us into an image more suitable to his liking in giving rise to the creation of the Negro, Black, Colored, Ethiopian, Afro-American and now African-American.

Naturally; Islam is a universal religious creed as taught by our Holy Prophet, Drew Ali, meaning that no race, family, tribe, or nation can claim sole jurisdiction over Islamism, nor can any group, etc, limit the acceptance of Islam because one may cross the religious and social boundaries of the national land, city, town, or nation. Thus, even the European may become a Moslem, a believer in the faith of Mohammed who was a Prophet of Allah 1400 years ago. But a European cannot become a Moorish American.

Many of those calling themselves Moors today really don’t know who they are following behind. Many of our brothers and sisters don’t understand the Holy Prophet’s full mission. His mission was to resurrect us from our mental death (the deafness, dumbness, and blindness of being the living dead). In reality; this involved a gradual process of raising or resurrecting us from out of our rejected savage state of being into a state of civilized behavior. Our Holy Prophet withstood the intense criticism of his own time and even unto this very day many of us have simply brought utter shame and disappointment upon this Divine Movement and have turned it into the laughing stock of the Islamic community. We as a whole have done this and should use our holy month of Ramadan (see Ramadan) to realign ourselves with the Prophet’s original holy mission and purpose. Still only a few of you are going to believe and most of you will not but it really doesn’t matter for what will be will be. As for those of you who do believe in the Prophet’s pure teachings and strive to live by them shall benefit in more ways than those who don’t truly believe and continue on in a rebellious state.

As such; we are still a lost people of sort who simply proclaim or preach that we are Moors, without fully acknowledging that we are also Moslems and therefore bound to honor the “pure” faith of Mohammed something no other Islamic group is truly doing; not even the Arabs. Our people are not in tune with their true nature in which they were created (Islam/Peace); we have fallen from this spiritual state into a mentally and morally sick death; which is the root cause of our suffering this very day. Thus, we must get on that great journey back into spiritual and mental paradise (Heaven on Earth).
